At Sourcenet Investment Services, we believe that our goal should be a net improvement in the wealth of our clients.

We believe that real estate investment securities can be key to net income and that net income is a key measure of investment strength. We use that strength to provide a solid foundation to our balanced wealth strategy.  

Just as a one or two legged stool is inherently unstable, we believe that an unbalanced portfolio is also unstable. Our concept balances on three legs: income, capital preservation and long term growth.

Sourcenet Investment Services is  also a national leader in Section 1031 Tax Deferred  Exchanges. This allows owners of investment real estate to "exchange" into other investment property when selling their property. The tax savings can be substantial.

Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code is designed to protect exchangers from immediate taxation normally assessed upon sale. 

We have 1031 Eligible Replacement properties qualified as investment securities. These offerings are made only by Private Placement Memorandum. We suggest investors compare the level of disclosure from our 1031 real estate securities to the information from conventional real estate listings.
